2. What if I am denied for the apartment after signing up for your service?
We have never had a client denied for an apartment when using our service. In some instances, if a client fills out the application on their own, there were hold ups due to clerical errors on the client’s behalf. In those situations we coach the client on what to do next and guide them on receiving an approval. We will stick with you until you are approved.
3. How long does the process take?
The process to get your CPN takes 24 hours. If all documents and information is provided at the time of sign up it depends on the apartment complex’s procedure for processing applications. In most cases the process from start to finish takes about 48 hours in total. About 45% of the time we receive and instant approval.
4. What information is needed from the client?
To get started we will need your first name, last name and date of birth. We also need an address and phone number you have never used before. This is to insure that your old credit profile does not merge with the new one. Sometimes the leasing agents will require either the drivers license / ID number AND OR photo. This is required so the company will know who they are doing business with.
5. Will I have to pay a deposit to move into the apartment?
Normally, the complex will require less than 50% of the rent amount when approving our clients. In instances where we have clients that choose luxury apartments, the class A complexes require a deposit equal to the first month’s rent.
For Example, in a regular apartment complex if the rent is $1,000 monthly the deposit is usually less than $500. If you apply for a complex in Miami on Biscayne Bay and the rent is $3,000 the deposit will be closer to the first month’s rent.
6. Will the apartment complex be able to see my previous/ current evictions or bad credit history?
No, when using your CPN the apartment complex will not be able to see ANY of your current or previous bad credit history. We encourage our clients to use this program as a second chance at life in the credit world and make better decisions to ensure a different outcome when it comes to credit. Free counseling available upon request.
7. Will the CPN merge with my current credit report?
No, we take the proper measures to make sure your CPN and social security number do not merge. Again, the purpose of a CPN number is to protect your social security number from getting into the wrong hands, reducing identity theft. The CPN merging with your social defeats that purpose.
8. Does this process work with rental properties as well?
Yes! The process time is longer than the traditional 72 business hours and takes more investment on the clients behalf. We suggest getting into the apartment first and then working towards purchasing or renting a single family home.
9. What if this does not work?
There has never been a situation where we did not get a client approved. We work with our clients until they are in a home and satisfied with their outcome.
10. How long have you all been in business?
We have been in business since 2017, with over two years of experience in credit repair, financing and lending.
11. Will the apartment complex be able to tell that I am using a CPN?
No! Remember, a CPN uses the same algorithm as a social security number which means one will not be able to tell the difference when pulling an application for housing. You are not committing any crime, you are only attempting a second chance at life for a new beginning.
12. Does my significant other need to get a CPN also?
No. It is not necessary for two people in the household to both obtain a CPN for the same purpose. If you have additional goals then we will treat each situation on a case by case basis and offer a suggestion tailored to your specific needs.
13. What if I have an issue proving my income.
We have a number of clients that need assistance with documenting income for the purpose of obtaining a residence. We assist our clients with the whole process including working out the issue of proving income.
14. What if I just need proof of income?
Proof of income is a service that we do provide separately. If you are interested in purchasing this instead, please text or call us at our hotline number. If you send a text, someone will reach out to you ASAP.
